Training and Lessons

Here at Cheyenne Arabians the care and development of the horse and rider is a primary focus .

 

Beginning students focus on developing strength and coordination through riding western, english, trail course. Riders also learn the basics of good horsemanship essential to a solid foundation.

 

All of the resident school horses are well mannered and well trained in their assigned jobs.

 

Horse Training Packages 5 working days per week - $500.00 per month   4 working days per week - $400.00 per month   3 working days per week - $300.00 per month   2 working days per week - $200.00 per month   Individual rides - $35.00 + Board Full-time (4-6 sessions per week)   Colt starting, Green Horses - $850/month

Intermediate and advanced riders are given specific and progressive training in both Western and English. At these levels, riders are expanding their knowledge , and developing refinement in their skills.

*This is a special class designed to give the new rider just starting out a solid foundation in proper care and handling of our equine friends. lesson includes learning proper grooming, tacking and handling and of course riding.* Student must be proficient in handling , grooming, and tacking before he/she can move to another lesson group.
