Series commercial reverse osmosis systems include a programmable logic
controller (PLC), electronic sensors can monitor all vital functions
of the system including flow, pressure, tank levels, water quality,
filter condition, membrane condition, and electrical supply.
The control system automatically responds to changes in these
variables, initiating the proper response to virtually any operating
condition. A user friendly easy to read (English Only) centrally-located
operator interface is provided to simplify system control. The
PLC displays all operating conditions and tells you what the
unit is doing at any time. Perfect for serviceman, maintenance
person, or do it yourselfer.
WH-RO Packaged Skid Mount Reverse Osmosis
is plumbed and prewired in most cases with one inlet connection,
one drain connection, one water use connection, and one electrical
connection to allow for fast hassle free installation. From the

get through doors we use a multiple array of tanks for larger
households.
- Includes 3 electronic float switches for
storage tank - Top tank for shut-off, one 1Ft. lower for turn
on, and one at bottom for control of re-press. pump.
- Includes 12gpm @ 50psi fully automatic electric
pump (constant pressure) re-pressure system - Draws water out
of the storage tank.
- Includes a chemical free ultraviolet UV disinfection
system for bacteria and viruses. This is used as a final polishing
filter.
- Each skid mount reverse osmosis is fully
assembled and tested before it leaves the plant.
- For optimum WH-RO Series performance customers
must have at least 7gpm @ 30psi available. Note: Our WH-RO Series
contains complete pretreatment for chlorine and hard water (calcium)
typically associated with municipal water sources. If WH-RO is
to be used on well water we offer the following guidelines: Operating
Parameters: Max TDS-3500ppm, Total
iron is less than 5ppm, Manganese is less than 3ppm, Water hardness
below 30gpg, pH 6.5 -8.5, No iron bacteria. Calculations
of production capabilities are based on a feed water temperature
of 60 Deg. F. Lower temperatures may result in slightly lower
production levels.
